Resignation of CFO and appointment of replacement CFO

RESIGNATION OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER AND APPOINTMENT OF REPLACEMENT CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER Resignation of Chief Financial Officer Oceania Healthcare Limited wishes to advise that the company's Chief Financial Officer, Matthew Ward, has resigned today and will leave the business at the end of March 2020. The Board wishes to thank Matt for over 10 years of outstanding contribution to the company and in particular his input in guiding Oceania Healthcare through its transition to a publicly listed company. The Board wishes Matt well for his future. Appointment of replacement Chief Financial Officer The Board also wishes to advise that Brent Pattison has been appointed Chief Financial Officer to replace Matt. Brent has over a decade of experience in Investment Banking; leading mergers and acquisitions (M&A), takeovers and capital market transactions including IPO's. He has specialist Retirement and Aged Care sector experience. Brent is a qualified chartered accountant CA and has held senior finance roles in NZ corporations across Telecommunications and the Financial Services industry.
