Trading halt in Oceania Healthcare Limited shares Oceania Healthcare Limited ("OCA") has requested a trading halt on the NZX and ASX following a notification from Oceania Healthcare Holdings Limited ("OHHL") that OHHL intends to undertake a sale of up to all of the ordinary shares in OCA held by OHHL. OHHL has informed OCA that it intends to enter into a binding agreement to sell via an underwritten sell-down. OHHL has requested that OCA seek a trading halt until it confirms to OCA that the sale has completed. OHHL holds, prior to the sale, approximately 40.94% of the ordinary shares in OCA.
