16 March 2020 NZX/ASX 2020 ANNUAL MEETING AND DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS Restaurant Brands New Zealand Limited (RBD) is (subject to COVID-19 developments) intending to hold its next Annual Meeting of shareholders on Thursday 28 May 2020 at the Guineas Room, Level 3, Ellerslie Event Centre, 80 Ascot Avenue, Remuera, Auckland commencing at 2.00pm. Further details will be advised in the Notice of Meeting in due course. For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, RBD advises that the opening date for nominations for directors is today, 16 March 2020 and that the closing date for nominations for directors is Monday 30 March 2020 (Closing Date). All nominations must be received by 4.00pm on the Closing Date. A nomination may only be made by a shareholder of RBD entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting and must be accompanied by the consent in writing of the person nominated.
