15 September 2020 ANNUAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS - 24 SEPTEMBER 2020 NOW ONLINE ONLY Oceania Healthcare Limited ("Oceania Healthcare") published a Notice of Meeting on 26 August 2020 in relation to its Annual Meeting of Shareholders to be held on Thursday 24 September 2020 at 2.00pm. This update is to advise that Oceania Healthcare will no longer offer the ability for shareholders to attend the Annual Meeting of Shareholders in person due to the revised COVID-19 restrictions announced by the Government on Monday 14 September 2020. Shareholders will only be able to participate online. This possibility was signalled in the Notice of Meeting. Shareholders may attend and participate in the Annual Meeting of Shareholders online via Lumi at www.web.lumiagm.com . Shareholders will require the meeting ID (which is 361-157-152) as well as their CSN/Securityholder Number, which can be found on their proxy form, for verification purposes. Shareholders participating in the Annual Meeting of Shareholders online will be able to vote and ask questions during the meeting. The Board will answer as many questions as possible during the Annual Meeting of Shareholders but not all questions may be able to be answered during the meeting. In this case, questions will be followed up after the meeting and all questions and answers will be made available on Oceania Healthcare's website.
