12 March 2021 NZX/ASX 2021 ANNUAL MEETING AND DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS Restaurant Brands New Zealand Limited (RBD) is to hold its next Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Thursday 27 May 2021 as a virtual meeting. Further details will be advised in the Notice of Meeting in due course. For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, RBD advises that the opening date for nominations for directors is today, 12 March 2021 and that the closing date for nominations for directors is Monday 29 March 2021 (Closing Date).
