Cessation of shareholder cheque payments

New Zealand's major trading banks have announced they will be phasing out cheques from mid-2021. Consequently, PGG Wrightson's ("PGW") share registrar, Computershare will soon discontinue issuing cheques for dividend and distribution payments ("dividends"). PGW shareholders that have not already provided their bank account details to Computershare for the payment of dividends by direct credit are requested to update their details online by visiting www.investorcentre.com/nz or otherwise following the instructions set out in the attached letter. Dividend payments after the March 2021 interim dividend will be made by direct credit only. Any dividends not received may be claimed by contacting Computershare and until claimed will be held in accordance with clause 21 of PGW's constitution.
