19 April 2021 NZX ASX Notice of Annual Shareholders' Meeting 2021 The 24th Annual Shareholders' Meeting of Restaurant Brands New Zealand Limited will be held on Thursday, 27 May 2021 commencing at 2:00pm. In light of continuing disruption to international travel arising from COVID-19 and the potential for restrictions on large gatherings of people being implemented at any time, this Annual Meeting will be conducted as a virtual meeting, accessible online via Lumi AGM. All shareholders will able to participate in the meeting, vote and ask questions, from smartphones, tablets or desktop devices. Please note that not all questions may be able to be answered during the meeting. In this case, answers will be followed-up after the meeting and made available on the Company's website.
