27 May 2021 Results of Restaurant Brands New Zealand Limited 2021 Annual Shareholders' Meeting During Restaurant Brands New Zealand Limited's 24th Annual Shareholders' Meeting, held as a virtual meeting today, shareholders were asked to vote on two resolutions, which were supported by the Board. As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1.1, all voting was conducted by a poll. The resolutions passed by shareholders were as follows: 1.
