Postponement of Annual Shareholders Meeting

Postponement of Annual Shareholders' Meeting Due to the current uncertainty surrounding COVID-19 and Alert Level restrictions that mean that some management, directors and shareholders will be unable to attend the Annual Meeting scheduled to be held in Napier on Tuesday, 19 October 2021, the Board of Directors of PGG Wrightson Limited* (PGW) have determined to postpone the Annual Meeting to a later date. A new date and arrangements for the meeting will be notified in the near future. The Board's concern is keeping shareholders and guests safe and has accordingly determined that a rescheduled virtual meeting is the safest and most practical method of holding the meeting. Ends.
