NZX ANNOUNCEMENT 1 November 2021 Retirement of Director Thomas Foggo Thomas (Tommy) Foggo was elected to the South Port Board in 2003. During his 18-year tenure, Tommy has served as Deputy Chair and was the inaugural and current Chair of the Board's Health and Safety Committee. Tommy has been a solid contributor to the Board and the Company and his contribution and collegiality around the Board table has been appreciated.
