LONDON STOCK EXCHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT F&C INVESTMENT TRUST PLC THIRD INTERIM DIVIDEND FOR 2023 LEI: 213800W6B18ZHTNG7371 Information disclosed in accordance with DTR 6.1.13 The Directors of the Company have resolved that a third interim dividend for the year ending 31 December 2023 will be a payment of 3.40 pence per ordinary share (2022: 3.20 pence per share). The dividend will be paid on 1 February 2024 to shareholders registered at the close of business on 5 January 2024. The ex-dividend date will be 4 January 2024. Please note this payment will include a Dividend Re-investment Plan facility, for which the election date will be 12 January 2024. As stated in the Half Year Report for the year ending 31 December 2023, the Board plans to deliver another rise in our total dividend for this year, which will be the 53rd consecutive annual rise.
