Total Voting Rights

F&C Investment Trust plc (the 'Company') advises that as at 30 November 2023 the Company had 561,819,016 ordinary shares in issue (including 50,440,627 shares held in Treasury). Each ordinary share has one vote per share. The total number of voting rights that can be exercised in the Company is, therefore, 511,378,389.
