NZX: SPN: South Port New Zealand 4 December 2025 Resignation of Director – Michelle Henderson South Port announces that Michelle Henderson has advised the Company of her intention to step down from the South Port Board to take up the role of General Manager of New Zealand Aluminium Smelters (NZAS) at Tiwai. The Board wishes to congratulate Michelle on her appointment and thank her for her many contributions to South Port during her tenure, including recently as Chair of the Board Health & Safety Committee. Chair Philip Cory-Wright says that “Michelle has brought a wealth of engineering and broad business understanding to the Board room from her executive career at Rio Tinto and PowerNet and we wish her all the very best for the future”. Following Michelle’s resignation, the South Port Board will comprise five directors, of which four will be independent directors. A decision on the appointment of a new director will be made in the New Year.
