PGG Wrightson – Executive Changes As part of on-going succession planning PGG Wrightson Limited (PGW) has announced that Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Peter Scott will leave the business at the end of October 2026. Peter joined PGW in April 2015 and has played a key role in several significant milestones for the business, including the successful sale of PGG Wrightson Seeds in 2019, the transformation of PGW’s IT platforms, and ensuring the business has retained ongoing financing capacity to support growth initiatives, including GO-STOCK and the acquisition of Nexan. Mr Scott said, “PGW is in great shape, and I believe this is the right time for me to move on. I wish the company, its people and its stakeholders every success for the future.” Brian Harrison has been appointed CFO, reporting to CEO Stephen Guerin, with effect from November 2026. Brian has been PGW’s Group Financial Controller since 2018 and has considerable knowledge of the business, having joined PGW in 2010. Prior to joining PGW, he held finance roles with Citigroup and Ernst & Young across New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom. Angela Huntley will also join PGW’s Executive team from November 2026 in the newly established role of General Manager Business Services & Technology, reporting to CEO Stephen Guerin. Angela currently holds the role of Business Support Services Manager, has been with PGW since 2014, and has overseen a number of systems and technology projects across the business.
