LONDON STOCK EXCHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT F&C INVESTMENT TRUST PLC THIRD INTERIM DIVIDEND FOR 2026 LEI: 213800W6B18ZHTNG7371 Information disclosed in accordance with DTR 6.1.13 The Directors of the Company have resolved that the third interim dividend for the year ending 31 December 2026 will be a payment of 0.99 pence per ordinary share (2025: 0.95 pence per share*). The dividend will be paid on 1 February 2027 to shareholders registered at the close of business on 4 January 2027. The ex-dividend date will be 31 December 2026. Please note this payment will include a Dividend Re-investment Plan facility, for which the election date will be 11 January 2027. * the dividend payment stated for 2025 has been adjusted for the 4:1 share split that was effective 11 May 2026.
