F&C INVESTMENT TRUST PLC THIRD INTERIM DIVIDEND – CLARIFICATION OF RECORD DATE LEI: 213800W6B18ZHTNG7371 On 29 October 2026, the Company announced that the Directors had declared a third interim dividend of 0.99 pence per ordinary share in respect of the year ending 31 December 2026. For the majority of shareholders holding shares on the London Stock Exchange, the dividend will be paid on 1 February 2027 to shareholders on the register on 4 January 2027 (the Record Date) and the shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 31 December 2026.
